Private collectors, galleries, corporations and private individuals are welcome to contact us at Gomez Mulet Gallery at (786) 210 - 1625 (USA) or e-mail us at info@gomezmuletgallery.com regarding commissioned works of art. Tito has a limited commission schedule available and work is sometimes scheduled far in advance. Prices for commissioned works are based on client preference as to size, medium, and in cases of corporate commissions, distribution. If necessary, preliminary sketches and photography may be done live and therefore travel expenses would be included in the commission price. Once a price and a timeline are agreed to, clients are asked to sign a standard commission agreement and make a 50% deposit before travel and preliminary drawings begin. This fee covers all initial expenses and is nonrefundable. The remaining 50% of the commission fee is due upon completion of the work and prior to delivery. Should the client not like the finished work, the commission fee will be returned, minus the initial down payment and shipping costs. In this case, Tito retains the painting as well as all copyrights.
